We provide a custom quote for every restroom trailer rental and this allows us to offer the best price possible. Some of the factors that go into determining your quote include: delivery distance, luxury event restroom model, day of the week etc... Weekdays and Sundays typically have lower pricing. Additionally, rentals in close proximity to us will see a lower price reflected in the quote.

Yes. All of our units have heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.

Typically our clients have us display pictures or videos of the bride and groom if is rented during a wedding. We can also display any other pictures/video, scenery, movies or sports games (if wifi is available). We will work with you before your event to determine what you want displayed on the TV's.

Yes. If you would like an ADA compliant or wheelchair accessible restroom, we typically accomplish this by including a traditional ADA/Wheelchair accessible "porta potty" with your restroom trailer rental. We reserve a separate stock of porta potty units specifically for special events and they are guaranteed to be in excellent condition.

Yes! Our fireplaces are equipped with a "show only" mode which allows them to operate without emitting any heat. This enhances the ambiance of the unit and will certainly impress your guests.

All of our units have been custom built and optimized to only require connection to a standard household plug within about 100 feet of where the trailer is located! This one connection can power the air conditioning, heating, fireplaces, TV's, water pumps, lights, sound system and everything else. The only exception to this is rentals during extreme cold periods where waste tank and other supplemental heating is needed. We always bring along all the extension cords needed to operate the unit. If onsite power is not an option, for a small additional cost, we can bring along an ultra-quiet inverter generator with all the fuel needed to power the restroom trailer during your rental period.

We bring along around 100 feet of high quality hose to connect to a hose spigot on site to provide all the water needed. We always provide trip protectors to cover up the hoses in high traffic areas to reduce trip hazards. If a hose spigot is not available on site, for a small additional charge, we can fill a large onboard freshwater tank to provide all the water needed during your rental period. The onboard tanks are so large that you will not run out of water during your event. Many of our customers choose to have the tank filled even if they have a hose spigot on site as it allows them more flexibility in where the trailer is placed, and eliminates a potential trip hazard during the event.

There are a variety of names for trailers with bathrooms in them such as: fancy porta potty's, luxury restroom trailers, luxury event trailers, fancy porta johns, deluxe bathrooms and luxury bathroom trailers. Any of these names are correct, but we prefer to use the term "luxury restroom trailer" to describe our units.

While areas in Metro Detroit like Oakland County, Macomb County, Wayne County, St. Clair County, Lapeer County, and Washtenaw County are close to our main headquarters, we rent luxury restroom trailers anywhere in the lower peninsula of Michigan.

We recommend booking as soon as you have confirmed a date for your event. Weekends and holidays tend to book up faster than weekdays. Some of our popular units like our SuperLux 3-Station with fireplaces and HDTVs can book up over a year in advance on certain dates.

We are flexible on delivery/pickup dates and times. We will work with you to determine the best time for delivery and pickup.

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and have a Septage Haulers license through the State of Michigan Energy, Great Lakes, and Environment (EGLE).

You could be taking on a huge risk renting a luxury restroom trailer or other portable restroom from a business without a septage haulers license. In order to transport any waste from a portable restroom in Michigan, a business needs to have a Septage Haulers License through the State of Michigan. Any business not abiding by these laws is subject to enforcement action from the State of Michigan and other governmental institutions. These enforcement actions could include a complete shutdown of the business, leaving you without a restroom on your special day. If you rent a portable restroom from a business without a septage haulers license, you may pay a higher price for your rental, since the business will need to work with a septage hauler to transport and dispose of the waste.
